Terms & Conditions
Here at BHG, security is an other goal we like and keep. Here are the following paying methods –
and only paying methods – that BHG accepts.
- Pay it all at once, after meeting Big-Ideas and consulting what you want.
- Pay half at the starting and half in the middle of construction.
- Pay by - PayPal - Checks - Credit Cards - and more!
- If you select the 850,000 package please note that you must pay the following method:
- Pay only 600,000 at the starting and 250,000 at the end of the construction.
All payments are paid to Big-Ideas only. If you recognize a sim with our logo name and (he or she)
is trying to sell you a deal – it’s a scam – Big-Ideas the only builder of BHG may take payments unless
Big-Ideas re-calls giving it to an employee.
All note that taking the BHG Fine Homes name is illegal. All trademarks, logos, slogans, name belong
to its rightful owner.
Terms & Conditions
+ The price is final. The given price to build or design can not be changed unless you have remarked
that an other builder has a lower building cost then BHG (proof is needed to convince BHG)
+ | Buy a guarantee |, it expires on the given date. Please note that we do have
records of ongoing subscriptions, payments and more. To extend your guarantee please contact a BHG Fine Homes office nearest
you or please contact Big-Ideas.
+ All designs, homes, houses built and more do belong to BHG Fine Homes. If any copy
is going on (steeling idea - fraud) it is going against our | Policy

+ Considering a BHG home built by you is against our policy.
+ Refunds are not applicable.
