Why did you keep this home for so long? (11 Months)
A: Because this here, is my dream home online. When you like it so much it becomes a part of you, it’s
home.
What made you decide to get a home built by BHG Fine Homes?
A: I was looking for someone to build for me, hoping to find someone. Then I saw you. (Big-Ideas) I
then decided to read your bio, check out your site etc. I chose many homes before this one, now I have my dream home.
Are you still going to keep this home even longer now? If yes, why? If no, why?
A: Yes, I will keep it forever. As they say, this is our home, and home is where your heart is. I will
never sell. When I need a place for comfort etc. this is my home.
Have your roommate or visitors, family etc… ever complement this home? If yes, what did they
say?
A: Oh yes, a visitor once came by and said… " Wow, this looks like a real home " And many people
have come by, just to look at it, or I’ve gotten many, many offers on my home.
Do you remember any of the highest offers, someone has offered?
A: I remember telling a lot of Sims… "NO", because I love this place so much. I once got an offer
of 3,000,000… no joke. An other one, even said… " Name your tune "… I smiled and booted him out.
How would you describe quality for BHG Fine Homes?
A: Nothing but the finest.
Do you find this home, has helped you throughout business, or attracting visitors?
A: Yes, this place has helped me. Before I was << Category Residents >> now, I changed
to << Category Business >> and doing great in the top 10. And like I said… "Lot’s of Sims love to
come and see the place" And to top it all off, many people wanted to be roommates.
AA: Yes, many people have come by and ask for the designer, we advertised who built it (Big-Ideas)
and many people we’re interested.
Would you ever get a home built again by BHG Fine Homes? If Yes why, if no. Why?
A: Yes, secretly I want to hire BHG to build me 2 more homes secretly… hehehe
AA: Yes, but no since I just love this home. I can leave this… I love it, the owner loves it
just as much as I do, I don’t think I can leave this place.
Since those 11 months, BHG Fine Homes has done some improvement on building homes. Would you ever let
us fix certain areas of your home that need to be upgraded? If yes, why? If no, why?

How do you feel being interviewed by BHG Fine Homes?
A: I enjoyed being interviewed. I just love to show off my home, I am so proud. It was a wonderful
time having you here. You will build amazing BHG quality homes to come.
AA: It’s not a bother at all. I feel so special being one of the only ones being interviewed
by (Big-Ideas)… It shows that he really does care about us.
